Dr. Veena Sapnesh is an internationally recognized holistic healing expert, transformational coach and the visionary founder of MyTraces – The World of Healing and Retreat Center, along with Traces Art School and the Traces Group of Welfare Society (established in 2004) in Chikkamagaluru. With over 18–20 years of experience in alternative healing at both national and international levels, she has dedicated her life to empowering individuals to rediscover their innate ability to heal. Her work is deeply rooted in the philosophy that the human body and mind possess a natural intelligence for self healing and through a unique integration of ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic practices, she has successfully guided thousands of individuals in overcoming physical, emotional, mental and spiritual challenges.
A master of more than 24 healing modalities , she brings a multidimensional approach to transformation, helping individuals achieve balance, clarity and higher consciousness. Her expertise includes alternative healing and holistic wellness, emotional, mental and spiritual healing, lifestyle transformation, self healing practices, graphology and handwriting analysis (internationally certified), clinical hypnotherapy, NLP coaching, energy healing modalities and retreat facilitation programs. She is a globally recognized grapho analytical therapist and handwriting analyst, certified by Handwriting University International and is among a select group of analysts worldwide with specialized expertise, including contributions to forensic related domains. Dr. Veena has trained and mentored thousands of students, supporting their personal and professional growth across diverse interests.
